Portola Registration - Volunteers NEEDED (8/15 - 8-17)

Hi Everyone,

Portola registration is coming up on Monday - Wednesday, August 15, 16 and 17, between 9-12. So far, I only have 4 confirmed volunteers, so if you are interested in helping, please let me know as soon as possible.

I am looking for a few people to:

Help set up in the morning
Hand out registration packets
Help with the membership table and give information about all our fundraising ideas.
Talk about our music program (A few music parents, please!)
Help hand out class schedules
Help collect forms and put them in order
Help the text book clerk to keep the line down
***Returning students to help give tours of the campus****
Help clean up all three days after Registration
Some one to help co-chair this event

This really is a fun event and you get to meet many great people. Please let me know if you are able to lend a hand.
